Foster Invest is a construction company founded with the mission to bring fresh energy and professionalism to the field of structural construction works.
When I founded Melović Gradnja in 2017, my vision was simple - to build reliably, with quality, and integrity. Over the years, we’ve gained valuable experience, completed numerous projects, and earned the trust of our clients - which has always been the greatest asset of our work.
Building on that foundation of experience, Foster Invest was born - a company that marks a new, more modern, and more powerful phase of our business. While Melović Gradnja remains a part of our history, Foster Invest is our step forward into the future.

Our company performs all types of construction work—from preparatory and earthworks, through structural construction, to finishing works and complete turnkey projects. Earthworks
Earthworks are the first and one of the most critical phases of any construction project. At Foster Invest, we approach this segment with special care, as proper site preparation directly impacts the safety, durability, and accuracy of all subsequent stages
Our work is carried out using modern machinery, with precise control of depth, slope, and soil stability. Our team ensures that all operations comply with geomechanical reports and technical documentation. Our goal is to lay reliable foundations for every next step in the building process.
Within our earthworks services, we offer:
- Mechanical and manual excavation of foundations, infrastructure trenches, basements, and pools.
- Terrain shaping and leveling according to project specifications.
- Demolition and removal of existing structures, constructions, and foundations.
- Transport and disposal of excess soil, debris, and construction waste.
Structural Construction Works
The structure is the backbone of any building—precision and safety are essential. Structural works form the core of every construction project. At Foster Invest, we execute this phase with maximum focus on load-bearing capacity, stability, and long-term reliability.
We use certified materials, experienced workers, and precise workflow coordination. Throughout execution, we adhere to all safety standards and meet the requirements of supervising authorities and investors. Our goal is to deliver a solid, functional, and technically sound structure.
Our structural works include:
- Construction of all wall types—load-bearing, partition, reinforced concrete, and façade walls.
- Carpentry works—formwork fabrication and installation for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases.
- Reinforcement works—cutting, bending, and placing rebar in accordance with structural design.
- Concreting—manual and machine pouring with compaction, quality control, and curing supervision.
Turnkey Construction
Our “Turnkey” service is the most comprehensive form of construction offered at Foster Invest. We take full responsibility for the entire building process—from initial earthworks to final details—delivering a fully completed facility ready for use, with no additional engagement required from the client.
This approach includes:
- Excavation and earthworks - precise site and foundation preparation as the basis of every quality structure
- Structural construction - execution of the building's framework and load-bearing elements in line with top construction standards
- Finishing works - complete interior and exterior detailing, including installations, flooring and wall coverings, carpentry, and final touches.
